Due to the high level of interest in our last year’s Thermography-Day “Research & Development”, we are going to organise this event again for 2013 in Dresden.

Non-destructive testing of components is an important auxiliary process step, not only in post-production but also in regular maintenance. In the project “ThermoBot“ a fully automated test system is being developed in corporation with InfraTec GmbH.

InfraTec's 20th anniversary, which we celebrated last year, presented a great occasion to look back on an exciting and eventful time period: in 1991, with only a fistful of colleagues, we founders started into the world of infrared, from which we and our 200 employees now view info the future with optimism.

As just recently surfaced, experts from the federal institute of geo sciences conducted important tests with an InfraTec supplied thermography camera during the turbulent June 2013 days.

The high-resolution thermography system VarioCAM® HD head is based on the new generation of uncooled microbolometer FPA detectors, it has been designed for measuring tasks carried out by static systems. The VarioCAM® HD head security version has been specifically developed for ambitious surveillance and protection tasks related to perimeter protection or vehicle integration. This is no longer dominated just by optical CCTV systems.
